SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
DVDManager is freeware and is licensed, not sold or givin.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
DVDManager or it's componants.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
RESTRICTIONS ON USE AND TRANSFER
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the original Setup files of the un-registered version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the un-registered version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original un-registered version to anyone; and distribute the un-registered version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.
You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
You may not distribute or transfer your registration code or transfer the rights given by the registration code.
You may not rent or lease the Software or otherwise transfer or assign the right to use the Software.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

THIS SOFTWARE AND ITS ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED BY LICENSOR "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED.
Because of the wide variety of hardware and software combinations available today, it is up to the user to ensure that the Software functions well in his or her environment.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

The Program Is FREE, You may use it, copy it, give it away, or include it on any shareware cd (as long as a FREE copy of the CD is recieved by TRSoft).
